The Future Presidents Institute (FPI) is designed to train a very select group of highly qualified and motivated individuals who are interested in becoming community college presidents, or who have recently been employed as a community college administrator and desire to refine their leadership skills. Dr. Donny Hunter, President and CEO of National Search & Education Consulting (NS&EC), is the Executive Director of the Institute. The FPI was conceived and developed by Dr. Jeff Hockaday and Dr. Donny Hunter in 2003 and the tradition of excellence of the Institute has continued for over fifteen years.
Location: Center for School Leadership Development, UNC-Chapel Hill
Dates: May 14 – 17, 2019
Faculty & Presenters: Nationally-recognized individuals who are renowned as experienced leaders in community colleges or similar leadership positions, or are recognized national experts in areas that are critical to successful leadership as a community college president.
Registration: Participants are admitted to the program through an online process established by National Search & Education Consulting and the Board of Directors. Once registered, a participants will be contacted by NS&EC regarding a pre-institute self-assessment, biography, and recommended lodging.

Tuition must be received by Friday, May 3, 2019

Tuition: $1,900.00 (does not include lodging, food, or travel expenses)
